How I respect your information

In a world that often feels hurried and invasive, I choose to handle your data with the same intentionality I bring to my art.

What I Collect:

I only collect the information necessary to work together, that you provide to me through this website — your name, business name and address, website URL, and email address. This may include provision of your email address for my newsletter, or use of the Contact form.

If you retain me to provide services, any billing and payment information is collected and processed directly by my third-party payment provider. I do not store or have access to your credit card details.

How I Use It:

Your data is used exclusively for our communication and to fulfil our contractual obligations. I do not — and will never — sell your information to third parties.

Newsletter & Communications:

If you choose to sign up for my newsletter, I will use your email address to send you updates, new work, and stories from the studio. I use a secure third-party provider to manage these communications, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Data Retention:

I keep your information only as long as is required to provide you with our agreed services or to comply with Canadian tax laws.

Your Rights:

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under applicable local privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact me directly and I will respond within 30 days.
